Our luxury traybakes are available as a dessert option in your buffet catering menus. Choose from decadent chocolate fudge brownie slice; iced Bakewell slice with jam filling or lemon meringue: crumbly biscuit base with sweet and tangy lemon filling and a light meringue topping.
